Hello, I have a base with something close to 6k of attendants, when I need to add attributes of owner and note in detereminado group (client) it stays for hours updating. The bank is OK after tuning (I set it with MySQLTuner-perl and more ), now the problem seems to be in Apache, it consumes almost 100% of the CPU.

I have the same problem as you, only my CPU shows 97% so it is even worse I guess. I hope someone will provide a solution to this problem. I tried searching for answers here -> http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/st ... index.html but I couldn't find anything.
