Move otrs to other server

Hi,

I need to move OTRS to other server, so I backup the DB.
But what else I have to do? If I changed the storage mode to articleStorageFS.

Hi,

just follow the upgrade procedure
http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/st ... ading.html

and perform the udpate on the new server.
