We receive tickets from FROM: "noreply @ [domain] .com", REPLY TO: "[Customer Name] @ [domain] .com". The customer of the ticket is "noreply".
Is it possible to change the customer for the "[Customer Name]"?

Use Postmaster filters. Search the ReplyTo header and set the X-OTRS-CustomerUser header.
Search for ([^\@]+)\@domain.com
Set [***]
Search for ([^\@]+)\@domain.com
