Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to accomplish a notification event upon ticket priority change.
I'd like to manage priorities for my tickets:
ticket is received and gets a "NOT SET" Priority.
As soon as the ticket gets managed its moved to a queue and gets its category set.
I'd like to get an email fired to the customer stating the Priority Level set for it.
I've tryied different ways but didn't have success.
Can someone explain how to get it?
