Do you use the OTRS Business Solution™ or OTRS free? By the way OTRS 3.x is outdated and does not receive any bugfixes and will also net get security fixes any more by end of the year

There's also https://feature-addons.de/otrs/Ticket/TicketAttachments that provides some more features (e.g. fulltext search - using ElasticSearch, jobs to delete attachments (e.g. by age, by size, ...)).

you can use this package for single tickets: https://github.com/znuny/Znuny4OTRS-Dow ... ttachments

Alternatively, you could move to ArticleStorageFS and copy every file with a specific extension into a new folder.
