OTRS Slow

What may be the reason? We observed slow response on otrs also the loading of time is too long. Can someone help me? thanks!

Can be anything from hardware, caching, network, DNS, Browser.....

Please, give us the following information:

- Is the database in the same machine of the app?
- Which database are otrs using?
- How many resources has: ram, cpu, hdd
- Is the machine shared with another service?
- Which versión of otrs is installed?
- Which OS are you using?
- ...

Hi all,

Database is MySql
No other services is running on the server
Version is OTRS 5.0.11
Servers OS is SLES 11
Database is on a separate Server with no services running.
Ram = 2Gb
hdd = 500gb
Agents/ Users - 3-4 only (2 Agent, 2 Customer)

I cleared the cache still no difference on performance

Total no. of tickets < 3000 so i think archiving tickets will not help us.

It should enough for work well. Is is interesting to upgrade to the last patch level and restart de OS. it is a virtual machine?

Also you can check the system process with htop
