Please, someone help me to update my OTRS 5 to version 6 rsrs.
I use the virtualbox, ubuntu 64-bit. I made several attempts to do it but all went wrong
.The error occurs when the database is migrating, the image is in annex.
I have another question regarding the XML conversion script. I should copy all the files in the /opt / otrs_old / Kernel / Config / Files folder and paste it into the / opt / otrs / Kernel / Config / Files folder, so that it would perform the conversion and automatically send it to the / opt / otrs folder / Kernel / Config / Files / XML. Was it that way?
