Issues after upgrade from 5.X to newest 6

Hi all
i have problem with few things after i upgrade OTRS :)
In log i have 2 weird things - i attach screecshot from logs OTRS.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Were you using the FAQ module before upgrading? And if so, did you reinstall it after?
