Escalation

I set my Escalation or Solution at 480 and Notify by 90%.
Also, i set the Calendar to "My Calendar" With Working Hours of 0900 - 1800.
But, Time after 1800 is being counted and I am being Notified during non-working hours.
How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

you are using OTRS 5.0.3-01 ?
use the latest patch level and check if this behavior is the same.
