Statistics state

Hi,
is it possible to create a statistic to understand how many tickets have gone from a given state and how long have they been in that state? I give an example, I have a state called second level, I need to know how many tickets and which have passed from that state and how long they have stayed there.

this is not possible with ((OTRS)) Community Edition statistik module. You need to search via SQL.
