Hello,
I can't remember how enable or disable permission to creating customers
Any ideas?

Hi,

usually it is based on group permission. The default group is "users" you must have rw permissions.

But it also depends on your datasource, you must have write permissions.
And it also can be configured in Config.pm

you see, many options.
