Remove Time Zone from statistics

Hello,
In OTRS v5 we have a statistics report that we would run and import into an Excel template to generate a report.
in v6 the time format has changed and now includes the time zone but it doesn't get comma separated.

Would someone have a suggestion on how to turn off the time zone requirement or to exclude it from the time stamp?
Is it recorded why they decided to change this?
