I just found some odd issue.
We have couple queues in our company, more or less configured the same.
When I'm answering on an article, works like a charm for me.
But some co-workers from other queue have a weird issue - even when clicked on latest article in Reply-empty answer it's starting quoting from the first article or even mixed.
For example:
(C) - Customer
(A) - Agent
C sends message to A on 01.05
A answers to C on 02.05
C answers to A on 03.05
Now A is clicking on the latest article (from 03.05) and click "Answer"
Instead of ticket history body from 03.05 it quotes one from 01.05 first or mixed.
In some cases I've even found history like 10.05 then 01.05 then 05.05
Does not happen to me in the same system / different queue.
Not sure where the issue can be, it's silly.
