Hi OTRS friends,
We upgraded OTRS to version 5.0.35 and I stared getting tons of errors. After looking into the issue I found out the this version is missing the CMD input under Execute Ticket Commands, inside GenericAgent. I reverted back to 5.0.34 and everything works good now and I see the missing CMD box.
Do you guys know how to enable the CMD again, or what should I use as a workaround to run my scripts as GenericAgent?
Screenshot attached just so you can see the differences that I mentioned above, thank you all!!!

Re: Generic Agent CMD Input Gone on 5.0.35
Hi,
I checked a 5.0.36 and the CMD option is still available. There is a SysConfig Ticket::GenericAgentAllowCustomScriptExecution which enables/disables CMD input.

Hi Roy, and thank you very much for your reply.
I'm attaching a picture here, i already have Ticket::GenericAgentAllowCustomScriptExecution enabled, I didn't have to make any changes. The CMD feature is still unavailable for my system for 5.0.35 and 5.0.36.
Please, let me know if you have any other pointers.
Thank you,
Fritz

Re: Generic Agent CMD Input Gone on 5.0.35
Roy,
No errors, but got the "issue" resolved. What I did is to enable/disable the Ticket::GenericAgentAllowCustomScriptExecution a couple of times and the CMD appeared again.
Thank you very much for the help, I researched the internet without any leads for over a week before posting on the forum; your answer was spot on. Thanks again Roy!!
Cheers,
Fritz
