I need to disable "Reply" button at Customer Portal, when it Process ticket.
People say that this can only be done through source code. Is it so?

Check the file Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/CustomerTicketZoom.tt
And don't forget to use the Custom folder (Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/CustomerTicketZoom.tt).
