Hello,
We have recently faced an issue when tickets (and sometimes replies on the tickets which were previously closed using 'closed successful' option) are being delivered with that very 'closed successful' status. As a result they are skipped by the support team.
We have checked OTRS logs but found no trace of this issue. Can anyone please point us in the right direction?
Our OTRS version is 3.1.21. We are planning an upgrade to the latest free version soon.
