New to OTRS, trying to create a monthly, bi-monthly & quarterly event that generates a ticket. Has anyone managed to do something like this? If so, do you have any advice?
Using version 6.0.
Any assistance?

You may create a scheduled e-mail outside if OTRS with cron or sth. similar. Everything else needs commercial add-ons.
