Permission error when completing a process ticket for an agent on the agent side

I have created a process using process management, which, as my user, I can log in go through the process and create a new process ticket (on agent side). However, when another agent logs in to their user account and tries to create the same process ticket on the agent side they get the following error - how can this be fixed?

Hi,

check the permissions for the agent on the queue, maybe ACL?

Thanks for replying!

The agent in question has full permissions, same as my user account.

Also, when I go through the process ticket myself on the agent side, when the new ticket is created on the agent side, none of the dynamic fields from the process ticket show - how can I fix that?
