Issue after renew SSL certificate.

Hi all,

Recently I have renew my ssl certificates of my OTRS and since i did that, the users can not see the body of his tickets.

Some of you have any idea that what could be happen here ? I can check more log files or all the neccesary for check the issue.

In another log file I saw the follow message "AgentTicketSearch No Permission to use this frontend module!", but i can not remenber in what log i saw it, maybe this info helps.

Hi,

Details on an Internal Server Error are usually to see in the Apache error_log. Check this first.
