Restrict some ITSM Change states for change builder?

Is there any way to restrict this fields to the change builders? For example I want they can't change from pending approval to approved, because in my logic only the change manager can be able to approve this change it's posible?

No, there is no way to resctrict these fields.

I suggest to switch to the process management engine instead of using the old change management module
