I created some Customers using the Admin panel.
But even so I am unable to change the CustomerID of existing tickets. The CustomerID drop-down box is greyed out on Ticket Zoom. What am I doing wrong?
All my CustomerUsers are authenticating against am LDAP backend, the source is my AD.
Maybe this is related to my other problem, but, anyway, I need to change the CustomerID on a few existing tickets for filtering purposes. Can I?
