Send notification after Activity Dialog

Greetings to everyone,

I need help, How do I send notification to agents after an Activity Dialog of OTRS process management?

E.g. In an activity that needs approval and disapproval. If the request is approved an email should be sent to the agents of the queue.

use ticket notification for this.

I tried but still not sending.

What do I choose as the "Event" and "Ticket Filter" in the ticket notification?

Approval would usually update a DynamicField.
*Event TicketDynamicFieldUpdate_xxxx
Dynamic Fields
xxxx [Trigger value]
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
