Hallo zusammen,
gibt es irgendwo eine Uebersicht, wann denn genau welches Ereignis ausgeloest wird?
Konkret versuche ich den Unterschied zwischen NotificationFollowUp und NotificationAddNote zu verstehen.
Wenn der Supporter bei einer Antwort auf ein bestehendes Ticket eine Benachrichtigung bekommen soll, welches der beiden Notifications wuerde man hier vorziehen, warum?
Wir nutzen hier OTRS 6.

ein FollowUp wird durch eine eingehende Antwort per E-Mail auf ein Ticket ausgelöst, eine Notiz wir durch einen Agenten angelegt, wie z.B. bei der Priorität.
