Predoploy Logout

Hi Guys,
I am using otrs version 6.0.24. But each time I edit any systemconfiguration and try to deploy it logout me and I have to relog again to deploy that change.Need assiatance

Hi,

usually http is set to https or vice versa.

Check sysconfig setting http setting

Thanks for the answer. Yes I was useing redirection form http to https. Btw after eiditng Config.pm and adding $Self->{ScriptAlias} = ''; issue is resolved

Hello Gourab,

Just for your information: don't edit settings in the Config.pm, but rather in the system configuration.

I guess you've removed the /otrs from your url, which requires the change of the ScriptAlias setting (has to do with cookies set by OTRS).
