I have searched the forum but I have not been able to locate the answer to this that I consult:
- Is possible add the Phone and Mobile in the search criteria when search a customer user in the menu Customers?
- Is possible add the Phone and Mobile in the search criteria when search a customer user when creating a new phone ticket?

yes.

change CustomerUserSearchFields in CustomerUser section.

Check /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm
