Notification of Ticket Pending Reminder Time Reached

Hi All,

we just got the issue with notification of Ticket Pending Reminder Time Reached for all closed successfully tickets
Do you know how to fix it or how to prevent send this kind of notification for closed tickets?

I found the root: This is not issue from OTRS, an old OTRS sent out, which need disabled after OTRS migrated to new server
