FAQ Error

Hi,

We upgraded to 6.0.26 and notice this message every minute

Can't locate Kernel/System/Stats/Static/FAQAccess.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Kernel::System::Stats::Static::FAQAccess module) (@INC contains: /opt/otrs/Custom /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otrs/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.22.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.22.1 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.22 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.22 /usr/share/perl/5.22 /usr/local/lib/site_perl . /etc/apache2) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Main.pm line 84.

I have removed the FAQ module since it is not required. Please suggest on how to get rid of this message?

Hey,

Try to restart your web server and delete the Cache if that doesn’t work.

I cleared the cache and restarted Apache. The error still persists.
