GDPR and DSR request

Hello,

the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives rights to people to manage the personal data that's been collected by an employer or other type of agency or organization.

The GDPR gives data subjects the right to do the following, as it pertains to their personal data:

Obtain copies
Request corrections
Restrict processing
Delete it
Receive it in electronic format so it can be moved to another controller

A formal request by a data subject to a controller to take an action on his or her personal data is called a Data Subject Rights (DSR) request.

1) There's an OTRS module to create a DSR request?
2) There's a way to "redact" a certain data (e.g. mail address) across all database

1) use process management for this
2) not possible with OTRS GUI as the database is audit-proof

there are possibilities for 2)
- use SQL to alter the database (bad idea)
- use commercial modules > if you search the internet for OTRS + GDPR one of the first links are commercial https://otrs.com/gdpr/
- there are commercial addons to edit articles AFAIK https://opar.perl-services.de/dist/Arti ... lete-6.0.2
- follow 1) (In most (I would say all) GDPR it is more the GDPR process, which has to be followed. The tool (any tool) can assist.)
