[Unsolved]Auto setting the customer ID by the current login user in Process ticket

Dear all,

I am trying to automatically set the customer ID by the current login user.For example,
Customer User:testuser123@gmail.com having Customer ID as FIN. The customerID automatically set as FIN after the process ticket is created.

Here's what I did in the transition action in process management.

The customerID that I get is 18 but not the department prefix.
