Lagging OTRS

Hello,

I am using OTRS VERSION = 6.0.24

I have this problem:

Recently updated OTRS to OTRS Community Edition(6.0.24), now it momentarily fails to log on , at the same time the logged on users fail to access the ticketing menus

check the logs.
