Hi,
I am trying to list all accounted time for 2019, display all tickets (ticketlist) and accounted time on that tickets in the year 2019.Some tickets got accounted time in 2020 or 2018.
The problem is when I choose e.g create article between x time then the tickets list up with all the accounted time for the whole ticket.
any ideas how to do this?
