good morning,

i added a column tipology in the exopert file but it doesn't fill with the data.

so i have several questions:

- Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch in this config i added the column and i see the result, is this the right place?

- how i can find the right name of ticket's field like customerID, tk number, etc. ?

- in which confing i have to add the result of tipology so i can see in the csv/excel file ?
