Assistance with the Survey module and errors we are getting in the system log

I have taken over responsibility for our OTRS installations that we have and I am trying to resolve an issue we are having with the Survey we have setup. It seems that on the 17th Feb 2020 it has just stopped sending out survey requests and has not had any back. As I have looked in the tables in the database and this most recent record. Looking at the survey that is setup something seems to have set it as invalid. However I assume that this is only something that could happen manually.

While investigating the issue I have just been having a look at the system log and came across the following errors but I am not sure how to find out what process it is tied to or where the user might be missing from. So I am hoping someone on here might be able to assist. The error is below:

Tue Apr 7 06:28:30 2020 error OTRS-CGI-35 Need UserID or GroupID!
Wed Apr 1 13:18:00 2020 error OTRS-CGI-35 No UserID found for 'otrsitoperation'!
Wed Apr 1 09:02:44 2020 error OTRS-CGI-35 Need User!

Other than the survey not working everything else is working fine as far as I know.

Otrsitoperation is the first part of the email address we use for email sent by and to this instance of OTRS and that all appears to be working after conducting some tests earlier toady. But I am just not sure where to look to see where OTRS thinks that it is missing from.
