Hello,

We have problems reading DF values that include "\" vía Web Service.

In order to fix that DF values and replace "\" for "/" , i was wonderfing if there is any option in OTRS 5.0.28 to do it.

Also, i was trying to run generic agent to at least, move to admin queue the ticket having any "\" in that DF in order to fix the data before moving the ticket to the right Queue. For that, i was using *\* in the Select ticket option within the GenericAgent settings i just created, but it does not work properly.

Do you have any tip for any of my ideas?
