Hello,
We have received a request to automate a ticket depending on a table relationship (provided in excel).
Let´s say that we have a DF with all the "offices" available to choose and depend on which is chosen, we have a "type" and an "specific group"
So:
Office A Type N officegroup AA
Office B Type N officegroup BB
Office C Type X Blank office
Office D Type X Blank office
Office E Type X officegroup EE
Office F Type Y Whatever
The goal we have is to be able to prefield a Dynamic Field internally depending on the Office the agent chooses. We thought using ACL´s but we didn´t try yet how it works without having the "office" field present on the ticket create window, but the problem is having 180 offices with 180 officegroup.
Is there any possibility to avoid creating one independent ACL for each "office"? in case that option would be working properly...
Thanks!
