Hi Otrs team,
Is there a way we can include the Ticket's Priority in the New Ticket Admin email notification? Currently only the Customer name, Customer's email account and queue name are being displayed. I tried OTRS.PRIOTIRY but it did not work. Please advise. Appreciate your inputs.

Hi,
use the Tag Reference and try not to mis-spell it. PRIOTIRY is wrong. It is 'Priority'
the complete tag is <OTRS_TICKET_Priority> AFAIK
