Need send & receive highly formatted emails/tickets

One of our applications sends an email automatically. The email is high formatted. I have attached a PDF of what it looks like. We need to be able to send the same email, to a customer, with the same formatting. We need that email to come and go and look the same.

What is going on is, the email arrives ok. But when we forward it, it looks like just text. Everything is written vertical in one column. I have attached a sample of what the email OTRS sends looks like.

maybe some html codings can not be interpreted.
Check HTML content (if you really want to use HTML mails)
