Does it work for you? It's going to make every agent use DUO if you use it. But don't try it in production without having a backup copy of that System/Web/InterfaceAgent.pm file.

I don't know if it's secure *enough* as I just made it work and haven't had any time to penetrate test it or confirm with anyone else that it works for them.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

We are now testing, customizing, pentesting DUO integration with our OTRS 6.0 installations using some of our code and some elements found here. We will be happy to post back the results. However final tests and customization will be on OTOBO and and not OTRS. Like many helping in the OTRS community the past 10 years, we are now in the process of evaluating and moving our 40+ OTRS installations away from OTRS. We will likely be moving all to OTOBO and all future code contributions will be based on this fork.

On LINUX CENTOS 7.4 and (VMWare Virtual Servers - ESXi 6.7)
