muss ich noch zusätzliche Einstellungen vornehmen, damit eine Benachrichtigungsemail versendet wird, wenn der Besitzer eines Tickets oder der Verantwortliche geändert wird?
In welchen Fällen wird diese nicht versendet?

Ohne Änderung an der Konfiguration erhält ein Agent, der die Änderung vornimmt, keine Benachrichtigung.
