I'm using OTRS for its ITSM component. When viewing a customer's assigned CIs in the Customer Information Center, I can sort and reverse sort by CONFIGITEM# but I cannot sort by NAME or LAST CHANGED date. When I click the column header, I get


but it seems to be sorting by the date and time that the CI was created (and won't reverse the list).
Before I troubleshoot my own config, or restore from a recent backup, I'm asking if anyone else has noticed this, or knows where I should start looking to fix?
OTRS 6.0.27 Ubuntu 18.04 on standalone hardware.
