Re: Missing article attachment when upload and save
I found out the error log as below message:
[Thu May 14 09:36:08 2020] -e: Use of uninitialized value $NewTo in concatenation (.) or string at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket/Article/Backend/MIMEBase.pm line 383.
One more strange is that when I upload one attachment to article, additional attachment will appear in the [attachments]. Any idea about this?

Re: Missing article attachment when upload and save
Hi,
When I check https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-6_0/CHANGES.md and search for upload I found multiples bugfixes for versions newer than your 6.0.10
I strongly suggest updating first, everything else is wasted time.
