Incident Status - CMDB

Hello everyone,

I have 2 questions that could not be resolved;
In CMDB.
Is it possible to change the states of: Incident status? Incident - Operational
Is it possible to disable this field or configure it so that it is not mandatory?

Yes, check General Catalogue.

I think this is not possible without development/coding.
