OTRS 6 does not send emails

I have a problem that my OTRS 6 does not send e-mail using e-mail addresses dedicated for assigned to particular queues (where e-mails from customers came from). I'm getting such a message: Envelope from 'customer@mydomain.pl' not accepted by the server: 550, 5.1.8 Sender address rejected
Any tips, solutions please

Hi, ask your mail server's administrator why he's rejecting.

I don't have such problems with OTRS 3 for the same e-mail addresses and settings

Getting such a message:
CommunicationLog(ID:47968,AccountType:-,AccountID:-,Direction:Outgoing,Transport:Email,ObjectLogType:Message,ObjectLogID:79309)::Kernel::System::MailQueue => Message could not be sent! Error message: Envelope from 'customer@mydomain.pl' not accepted by the server: 550, 5.1.8 Sender address rejected

It is a Mail Server issue. Additionally you might check the settings for envelope sender in OTRS

If you have in mind this one: SendmailEnvelopeFrom I have it switched off. I've tried to run it and added desired e-mail address, but with no success
