Hello,

I need to know if it is possible to add a new field for a new ticket, but this field should only appear when the customer chooses a certain queue.

Hi,

Appearing and disappearing of dynamic fields based on a queue requires coding/development/javascript <-- check the forums search
Second option would be (commercial) add ons

use a process dialogue for this as a workaround.
