No tracking of CCO contacts

Hello,

Whenever we send an Email Outbound with destinataries in CCO field, we can´t see that the communication was sent to them, on the agent view. Is that normal?

you mean BCC? It should be visible in the latest version of the Community Version.

Version 5 is out of maintenance and has vulnerabilities.
