Polish language plugin

Good morning,

is there OTRS based system but with Polish language support? I have installed the trial 7 version and I do like it very much but English is not my first language and I am sometimes a little lost. This is also my first system of this kind to support my customers. I read many positive reviews and decided upon it but I hoped it would be in Polish.
Is there a plugin or something or is English the way to go?

yes, it is possible to activate it via DefaultUsedLanguages in Sysconfig. Please note that for OTRS 7 and OTRS 8 you should contact the OTRS group via Contact Form or support page.

Hey,

No problem, Polish is a supported language. The documentation will show you how to change it. You can also change the "DefaultLanguage" setting to make a global change.

Just keep in mind that this forum is for the Community Edition with a limited number of OTRS 7 and above users.
