To cut a long story short - This migration has already be tested & was successful. On first look, the system seems to be fine, no issues moving from 4.0.8 to 6.0.11. My question is, does OTRS provide any tools, scripts or processes that can verify the data was migrated correctly.
If not, this is OK, I guess building a Report to look at the queues & service requests associated to those queues, as well as user associated service requests would be the best bet.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome, & my appreciated.
