Added a dynamic field to the Note, but can't find how to have it display during viewing (Zoom).
I'm sure the directions must be in the Admin guide - but I can't find it.
Can anybody shed light on this?
Thanks!!
m
PS - need to add: I know where the data displays under the info ''i" link - I would like to add it to display either as a column in the list of articles, or in the article itself, under or beside the line with subject, create date, creator - etc....

Hey,
Create a dynamic field of the type Ticket (not Article) and add it to the setting Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField

Unfortunately the Dynamic Field in question applies to the Note being added - so needs to be an Article field because there could be a different entry for each Article Note added.

You can only add a dynamic field of the type 'Ticket' to the Ticket Information sidebar (imagine having multiple article DF's; there wouldn't be enough space to display them all).
Displaying them in the article overview is probably the cleanest way, but would require changes to the source code.
