Notifications to Management
Good Morning. We are using OTRS 4 Free. We would like to be able to send a notification to our managers when a ticket has not been handled within 3 days. I can not find the setting. What am I missing?

Hi,
Depending on your definition of "not handled" you can use escalations and notifications (event) or a generic agent with notifications (event).
In any case, I strongly recommend upgrading to version 6.
