Hi all,
there is no salutation, when I am in a ticket zoom of a ticket and tick on communication -> outbound email.
This also applies to forwarding emails.
Is this normal or can I add a salutation there somehow?

Hey,
The email outbound is meant to communicate with a third party (not the customer) and therefore the system can not know what the name of the recipient is (the same applies for forwarding mails). Adding an "empty" salutation would require custom development.
